While in California from 1986-1993, Desi Hill became acquainted with Depasse Entertainment's President Susan Depasse and Golden Management's President Alyce Carew, who inspired him to assemble a strong group of business individuals to form his own entertainment company. Presently on the CLOUT Recording Company Label is the legendary singer, writer and producer Al Johnson, with his album "MY HEART IS AN OPEN BOOK." The first single - Tranquility - was released in February 1999. This album has received tremendous airplay on major radio stations, and charted in R&B Monitor Billboard and in the New and Active section of Radio and Records (R&R).
